All integrations
See every third-party tool Robylon integrates with, including Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, Shopify, Slack and Microsoft Teams, and where each one is used.
An integration connects Robylon to a third-party tool your business already uses, such as your store, your CRM or a spreadsheet, so AI agents and workflows can look up and change data there. Integrations are different from channels, which are where customers talk to you.
Open the list from Settings → Integrations → All Integrations.
What does the All Integrations page show?
It has two lists:
- Connected Integrations: tools already connected in your workspace.
- Other Integrations: tools you can still connect.
Shopify, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Forms and Product FAQs also have their own pages in the Integrations menu.
Which integrations are there and what are they used for?

Where do I use a connected tool?
A connected tool can be used in three places:
- Workflows: the Integration block runs an action in Google Sheets, HubSpot or Salesforce, and the MCP block runs a ready-made action in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Slack, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Twilio Text or Microsoft Teams.
- AI agents: a connector tool lets an agent run one of these actions during a conversation.
- The inbox: Shopify shows a customer’s orders next to the conversation.
Google Sheets, HubSpot and Salesforce have no settings page of their own. Connect an account from All Integrations, or click Connect inside the workflow block or tool that uses it.
What if the tool I use is not listed?
You have two options:
- Connect it yourself through its API: save the request as an API, then call it from a workflow’s API block or from an AI agent tool. To start a workflow from another system, use a webhook or API trigger.
- Ask for a custom integration: the Robylon team can build custom integrations for clients. Email support@robylon.ai.
