Billing
Understand what your Robylon bill is made of (plan, agent seats, AI credits and voice minutes), how to add or remove seats, and how to change your plan, invoices or payment method.
Go here for each billing task:

| Change your plan, get invoices or update payment | Your account manager or support@robylon.ai |
The Billing page in Settings → Account → Billing currently shows “Coming Soon”.
What am I billed for?
| Part | What it covers | Where to see it |
|---|---|---|
| Plan | Your subscription: the features and the credits and minutes included each billing cycle. Billed monthly or yearly. | Your contract or account manager |
| Seats | Paid licenses for human agents who work in Robylon | Settings → Team → Teammates |
| AI credits | AI work done by your AI agents on chat, email and other features | Usage |
| Voice minutes | Minutes of calls made or received by voice agents | Usage |
Credits and minutes are either prepaid (you buy an allowance up front) or postpaid (you are billed for what you use). The Usage page shows which applies to your workspace, next to each section.
What are seats and how do I add them?
A seat is a paid license for one teammate, and the seat type sets which features that teammate can use. Change seats from Settings → Team → Teammates; see Teammates and seat types.
How are AI credits and voice minutes billed?
Your plan includes an allowance of credits and, if you use voice, minutes for each billing cycle. Your agreement sets how credits renew; ask your account manager.
See how much you have used, and where it went, in Usage. To stop single conversations from using too much, set a conversation limit.
How do I change my plan?
Contact your Robylon account manager. They can move you to another plan, switch between monthly and yearly billing, and change your included credits and minutes.
How do I get invoices or update my payment method?
Contact your Robylon account manager, or email support@robylon.ai. They can send copies of invoices and update the card or billing details on file.
