Customers and their Users may submit files, images, documents, videos, and information necessary for task performance and Service usage ("Prompts"), which will generate responses ("Output") based on interactions with the Platform. Personal data included in Prompts may be collected and incorporated into the Outputs. However, both Prompts and Outputs are subject to specific retention periods outlined in the Retention clause below. Additionally, when utilizing Prompts and Outputs for internal purposes as a data controller, the Platform takes steps to de-identify this information in compliance with relevant data protection laws. Prior consent from Customers is required for the use of their personal information in our Services. Our Service allows our Customers to incorporate AI-driven browser automation workflows for their specific needs. We process all information, configurations, customizations, uploads, or other activities conducted by the Customer through the Service.

This includes details such as hardware model, operating system, browser type, IP address, mobile network information, and device identifiers.

If your account is terminated, Robylon will remove all Customer and its User Information, such as passwords, files, and submissions. This deletion will occur between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days after termination, upon the Customer’s request, or if the Customer deletes their workspace within the Service. However, there are exceptions to this rule, such as cases where we need to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce the terms of the Agreement.
We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
