Our Customers, acting as data controllers, are responsible for complying with regulations or laws requiring notice, disclosure, and/or consent before collecting their User’s Personal Data through the Service.

However, both Prompts and Outputs are subject to specific retention periods outlined in the Retention clause below. We'll also hold onto Usage Data for internal analysis. Usually, we won't keep Usage Data for too long, unless it's necessary for improving our Service's security or functionality, or if we're required by law to keep it longer.

If your account is terminated, Robylon will remove all Customer and its User Information, such as passwords, files, and submissions. This deletion will occur between thirty (30) and sixty (60) days after termination, upon the Customer’s request, or if the Customer deletes their workspace within the Service. However, there are exceptions to this rule, such as cases where we need to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce the terms of the Agreement.

How We Store and Secure Personal Data

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
