What is a message credit and how do they work?

One message credit covers a whole user “turn” (all user messages until the AI agent responds). ~99% of turns consume 1 credit; exceptionally large uploads may use more. Credits reset monthly.

How many message credits do I get in each pricing plan?

b.) Pro: 2,000 message credits, $39/month

Extra 1,000 message credit packs cost $12 and can be added anytime.

What happens if my message credits expire?

We will send scheduled reminders at 50% and 75% message credit utilization. If you continue to receive messages after expiration of message credits, we will collect your customers' query and send it to you over an email.

What is an AI agent and how do they work?

An AI agent is basically a tireless virtual teammate which reads each customer message, checks your approved knowledge base, decides the best response, and replies automatically. The AI agents run on large language AI models. You can access basic AI models in the free plan, all AI models in the Pro and the Business plan and can even bring your own AI models in the enterprise plan.

What are basic AI models and other AI models?

Basic AI models include Gemini 2.0 Flash and Gemini 2.5 Flash. Other models include Gemini 2.5 Pro, Claude 3.5 Sonnet, Claude 3.7 Sonnet and Claude 3.5 Haiku. We will start offering OpenAI and DeepSeek models as well soon.

Can I include human agents along with my AI agents?

Yes - every tier supports unlimited human seats. You can tweak the workflows to automatically assign certain queries to a human.

What is a knowledge source?

Your website or FAQs, any Word docs, any Google Drive docs or simple Q&As directly inputted on our platform. We slice and index every source so that the AI agent can deliver accurate, cited answers.

How should I go about setting up my knowledge sources?

First, sync your public website - Robylon crawls and indexes it automatically - then upload key documents pertaining to your internal policies and FAQs. The number of sources increase from 50 in the starter plan, 500 in the pro plan, 2000 in the business plan and can go up to 5000 in the enterprise plan.

Can you explain what all is included in the Basic analytics and the subsequent advanced analytics?

Basic analytics shows deflection rate, CSAT and standard usage metrics. Advanced analytics is powered by our analytics AI agent that generates actionable insights around sentiment, coverage, accuracy & product recommendations.

Can I customize the various solutions as per my organization?

Yes, you can. Add-ons let you hide the “Powered by Robylon” badge and also point widgets to your own domain for under $75/mo. The Enterprise plan unlocks full white-label widgets, SSO, multi-brand support, and even bring-your-own LLM for total control.

How do the payments work? Is there a refund or a cancellation policy?

Subscriptions bill monthly or annually via Stripe. Upgrades pro-rate instantly. You can cancel anytime - billing stops at period end.
