How do I connect ChatGPT?
Turn on Developer mode
In ChatGPT on the web, go to Settings → Security and login and turn on Developer mode.
Create the app
Go to Plugins and click the + button. Enter the name Robylon and a short description. Under Connection, paste the server URL and choose OAuth.
Sign in to Robylon
Create the app. Robylon’s sign-in page opens: sign in, tick the workspaces to include and click Connect.
Check the tools
Back in ChatGPT, review the tools it found. Robylon provides three: get_analytics, search_conversations and get_conversation.
On Business, Enterprise and Education accounts, your workspace admin may need to allow Developer mode first.
How do I use Robylon in a ChatGPT chat?
Open the + menu in the chat box, choose Developer mode, and select Robylon. Then ask a question, for example “What was our email CSAT in August?”
New apps appear under Drafts in ChatGPT’s app settings. If Robylon adds or changes a tool, click Refresh there to pick it up.
What if the ChatGPT connection does not work?
- If you can’t find Developer mode, check your plan and use ChatGPT on the web. On a company account, ask your ChatGPT admin whether Developer mode is allowed.
- If a workspace is missing from answers, connect again and tick it. See Which workspaces does a connection include?
- If Robylon refuses the connection, the page it shows explains why. See Why can’t I connect?
