The 12 best AI tools for e-commerce customer support in 2026

Twelve AI tools that answer and resolve e-commerce support, from order tracking to refunds, grouped into five kinds and priced on a normal month and a Black Friday month, with prices checked in October 2026.

Key takeaways

  • Shopify store that wants its helpdesk and AI agent from one vendor: Gorgias, at $0.90 to $1.00 per automated interaction plus the ticket fee.
  • Order actions on email, chat, voice and WhatsApp, inside the helpdesk you keep: Robylon, with paid plans from $25 a month.
  • Lowest cost among Shopify-native helpdesks: Richpanel, at about $0.20 per AI-handled conversation plus $99 seats billed annually.
  • At three times normal volume in a Black Friday month, Gorgias Pro rises from $2,520 to $8,280 and Robylon from $682 to $1,807 on published prices.
  • Enterprise retailers buying through sales: Ada or Decagon, both quote only as of October 2026.

AI tools for e-commerce customer support read a shopper’s order data, answer “where is my order”, returns and product questions, and take the action the request needs, such as cancelling an order, editing an address or issuing a refund, before handing anything else to a person. Gorgias is the strongest choice for a Shopify store that wants its helpdesk and AI agent from one vendor, Robylon for a store that keeps its helpdesk or also answers on voice and WhatsApp, Richpanel for the lowest cost among Shopify-native helpdesks, Fin, Zendesk, Freshdesk and Kustomer for stores staying on a general helpdesk, Tidio and Klaviyo for small or marketing-led stores, and Ada or Decagon for enterprise retailers.

This list covers tools that answer customers after and around the sale. Product search, merchandising and inventory planning tools are left out. The twelve tools are compared on the order actions the AI takes, channels, the helpdesk it runs in and what a normal month and a Black Friday month cost, with prices checked in October 2026. Robylon’s case rests on three points: its AI agents for e-commerce take the action a ticket needs, run every channel from one setup, and fit the helpdesk you already run.

What e-commerce support AI must handle

E-commerce support is a small number of questions asked at very high volume, and most of them need the order record, not a help article.

  • Where is my order. Order status and tracking questions arrive after every order, and the answer is in the store’s order and carrier data. An AI that links to a tracking FAQ leaves the shopper to do the lookup the agent should have done.
  • Returns, exchanges and refunds. These need a policy check (purchase date, condition, item type) and then an action: create the return, issue the refund in full or by line, or offer store credit.
  • Order changes before shipping. A wrong address, a size swap or a cancellation has to happen before the order is fulfilled, which is often within hours.
  • Peak weeks. Adobe counted $44.2 billion of US online spending in Cyber Week 2025, the five days from Thanksgiving to Cyber Monday, with $11.8 billion on Black Friday alone (Adobe, 2 December 2025). Each of those orders can return as a “where is my order” question a few days later, when the team is at its smallest relative to volume.
  • Questions before the sale. Sizing, stock and shipping times decide whether a cart converts. Gorgias, Robylon, Tidio and Klaviyo answer these as well as post-purchase questions; the others on this list are built mainly for after the sale.

Kinds of e-commerce support tools

E-commerce support tools come in five kinds, and they suit different stores.

Shopify-native helpdesks with AI

A helpdesk built for stores, with the AI agent sold inside it and order actions in Shopify from day one. Gorgias and Richpanel are this kind; both replace a general helpdesk rather than sit on one.

AI agents inside your helpdesk

Agents sold separately from the helpdesk that answer and act on orders while the team keeps working in Gorgias, Zendesk or another helpdesk. Robylon, Yuma and Fin are this kind.

Helpdesk suites with built-in AI

General helpdesks used by many retailers, with an AI agent billed on top of seats. Zendesk, Freshdesk and Kustomer are this kind.

Chat-first and marketing-led agents

Tools that start with a chat widget or a marketing platform and answer shoppers from the same place. Tidio and Klaviyo are this kind; both suit stores whose support volume is mostly chat.

Enterprise AI agent platforms

Platforms sold through sales with no published price, for retailers with high volume, many systems and long security reviews. Ada and Decagon are this kind. The guide to AI agents for retail covers enterprise retail in more depth.

How we chose the tools

We read each tool’s pricing page, help centre or docs, and trust page between 7 and 9 October 2026, and its G2 listing the same week. We did not run a hands-on test of every tool. Every tool named in three or more of the eight pages ranking for this search on Google US is on the list, and Robylon and Richpanel were added. We compared them on the order actions the AI takes in Shopify and other systems, channels, the helpdesk it runs in, the billing unit and the cost on a normal month and a Black Friday month, setup effort, and compliance. A feature we could not confirm on the vendor’s own pages is not listed.

Tools for product search, merchandising, inventory and returns logistics (Loop Returns, Yotpo, Shopify Flow) are left out because they do not answer support questions. Billing units differ across the list, so the ranking follows fit for a Shopify store’s support team, not price.

The 12 best e-commerce support tools

1. Gorgias: best for Shopify-first stores

Best for: Shopify brands that want the helpdesk, the AI agent and order actions from one vendor built for stores.

Gorgias AI Agent answers from the help center, the website, documents and Shopify data, in a support role and a shopping-assistant role. Once Shopify is connected, its Shopify Actions need no extra setup: cancel an unfulfilled order with a full refund and restock, edit the shipping address of an unfulfilled order, remove items with a refund, replace an item, reship an order free and add an order note. App Actions extend it to Loop Returns, Recharge, Skio, ShipStation, ShipBob, ShipHero and ShipMonk, and custom Actions are built in a visual workflow builder.

The Gorgias helpdesk is priced by tickets rather than seats, with 500 user seats on Basic and above, which suits a store that brings in seasonal staff for the peak.

What the AI does: answers and acts on Shopify orders and connected apps; Actions start on the Basic plan.

Channels: email, chat, help center and contact forms, with Instagram, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp in open beta and SMS on an add-on. Runs in the Gorgias helpdesk only, one AI Agent per Shopify store.

Pricing: $0.90 per automated interaction on annual plans, $1.00 monthly, on top of helpdesk plans from $10 a month for 50 tickets (Gorgias pricing). 4.6 from 582 reviews (G2, October 2026).

Where it falls short: a conversation AI Agent resolves is billed twice, as an automated interaction and as a helpdesk ticket (Gorgias billing), so the bill grows fastest of any tool here when Black Friday volume triples, and it needs a connected Shopify store.

Pick it if: you sell on Shopify and want one vendor for the helpdesk and the AI agent. For Gorgias against an agent you add on top, see Gorgias AI Agent vs Robylon.

2. Robylon

Best for: stores that want order actions answered on email, chat, voice and WhatsApp from one setup, inside the helpdesk they keep or standalone.

What it is for: Robylon is an AI customer support platform that resolves tickets across email, chat, voice and WhatsApp. It works standalone or alongside an existing helpdesk. It takes the action a ticket needs: agents read the systems the answer lives in, including orders, accounts and bookings, act through tools built from your APIs and connected apps, and hand anything they cannot finish to a person with the checking already done. Every channel runs from one setup, sharing the same agents, knowledge base and analytics. And it fits the stack you already run, answering inside Gorgias, Zendesk or Freshdesk tickets or running standalone with its own inbox.

What the AI does:

  • The Shopify integration brings orders, draft orders, returns, products, inventory and customers into Robylon, with read and write permissions you choose.
  • Agents look up an order and reply with its status and tracking, cancel unfulfilled orders and create or approve returns through Shopify tools, each action gated by the write permission you grant.
  • Workflows start from Shopify events (an order created, updated or cancelled, a refund created), for example a WhatsApp message when an order is cancelled or a voice call about a failed delivery.
  • A triage agent routes each conversation to the sub-agent for its topic, so order status, returns and product questions each follow their own instructions.
  • A product FAQ chatbot answers sizing and stock questions on product pages before the sale.
  • Anything the agent cannot finish goes to a person with the order, the conversation and the checks attached.

Channels: email, website and in-app chat, voice, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, SMS through Twilio and app-store reviews. Robylon runs standalone with its own inbox and optional human seats, or answers inside Gorgias (email and chat), Zendesk, Freshdesk and Zoho Desk tickets.

Pricing: by AI credits rather than per seat or per ticket (see pricing). The Starter plan is free with 300 credits a month (about 40 conversations), paid plans start at $25 a month for 500 credits, Business starts at $180 a month, and yearly billing takes 10% off. Seats for a human team are optional, at $19 to $89 per seat a month. G2 rating: 5.0 from 42 reviews (G2, October 2026).

Where it falls short: the Shopify app starts on Pro, and answering inside Gorgias or Zendesk needs Business at $180 a month. Inside Gorgias, Gorgias still counts each conversation it holds as a ticket. Credits per conversation vary with the AI model chosen, so a peak month is harder to forecast than a flat per-resolution price.

Pick it if: you keep Gorgias or Zendesk, or need order answers on voice and WhatsApp as well as email and chat, at the lowest monthly cost of the published prices here.

3. Richpanel: best for low-cost Shopify helpdesks

Best for: Shopify stores that want a helpdesk with order actions and the lowest AI cost of the store-native tools.

Richpanel’s AI agent takes order actions in Shopify and CheckoutChamp on its one plan: cancel or hold an unshipped order, edit an order by swapping a variant or adding and removing items, change an address, refund under the merchant’s policy in full, by line or as store credit, and track orders. A self-service portal lets shoppers do the same themselves.

What the AI does: answers and acts on orders, with AI usage metered in credits by the model’s token use.

Channels: email, live chat, a self-service portal and help center, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp through 360dialog, SMS and TikTok Shop messages, with Richpanel Voice in beta. Runs in Richpanel’s own helpdesk only.

Pricing: $99 per helpdesk seat a month on an annual commitment, plus AI credits at about $0.20 per AI-handled conversation at the annual rate, with a $200 monthly AI minimum (Richpanel pricing). 4.7 from 94 reviews (G2, October 2026).

Where it falls short: the per-conversation cost is an estimate that moves with the AI model’s token use, and Richpanel is sold as a replacement for Zendesk or Gorgias, not an agent on top of them.

Pick it if: you are ready to move helpdesks and want order actions at a low AI cost.

4. Yuma: best for e-commerce helpdesk add-ons

Best for: Shopify brands that keep Gorgias, Zendesk, Kustomer or Gladly and want an agent built only for e-commerce on top.

Yuma has no inbox of its own: it answers inside the helpdesk the team already uses, which stays the system of record. Its Shopify actions are among the deepest on this list: cancel, refund in full, in part or by percentage, reship, edit line items and addresses, apply discount codes and create gift cards, plus Recharge subscription changes and Loop Returns returns and exchanges. Customers with case studies include Glossier and Petlibro.

What the AI does: answers and acts in Shopify, Recharge and Loop Returns, and its Web Actions drive a browser on sites with no API.

Channels: email, chat, SMS, WhatsApp, contact forms, Instagram and Facebook, with a voice agent launched on 22 September 2026. Runs inside Gorgias, Zendesk, Kustomer, Salesforce Service Cloud, Gladly, Re:amaze, Front, Sprinklr, Zoho Desk and HubSpot Help Desk (email only).

Pricing: per full resolution, with handovers never charged; Yuma shows illustrative annual bundles from $14,400 a year for 12,000 resolutions, paid upfront (Yuma pricing). 4.8 from 19 reviews (G2, October 2026).

Where it falls short: bundles are annual, paid upfront on a 12-month commitment, so a small store cannot start month to month, and Yuma calls its published prices illustrative.

Pick it if: you keep your helpdesk and want the deepest ready-made Shopify, Recharge and Loop actions, billed only when the agent resolves. For a head-to-head, see Yuma vs Robylon.

5. Fin: best for per-outcome billing

Best for: stores that want an AI agent billed only for outcomes, on the Intercom helpdesk or on Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk and other helpdesks.

Fin answers from knowledge sources and acts through Procedures, instructions in plain language with conditions, code steps and data connectors, with a Shopify template among the connector templates. Salesforce completed its acquisition of Fin on 10 September 2026.

What the AI does: answers and takes actions through Procedures, data connectors and MCP connectors, with templates for Shopify and Stripe.

Channels: email, Messenger chat on web, iOS and Android, WhatsApp, SMS, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Slack and Discord. Runs on the Intercom helpdesk or inside Salesforce Service Cloud, HubSpot, Freshdesk and Freshchat.

Pricing: $0.99 per outcome, plus Intercom seats from $85 a month billed annually (Intercom pricing); on another helpdesk, $0.99 per outcome with a 50-outcome monthly minimum. 4.5 from 3,918 reviews (G2, October 2026).

Where it falls short: order actions in Shopify are built by your team as Procedures and connectors rather than shipped ready to use, and the per-outcome price rises one for one with peak volume.

Pick it if: you run the Intercom helpdesk or want per-outcome billing on Salesforce or HubSpot.

6. Zendesk: best for Zendesk stores

Best for: retailers that run Zendesk and want its own AI agent on email, messaging and voice.

Zendesk’s AI agents answer and take actions through procedures and integrations on every Suite and Support plan since a rollout between May and June 2026, with reasoning controls and reporting.

What the AI does: answers and acts through integrations; each AI agent serves one channel type, so email and messaging need separate agents.

Channels: email, web form, messaging and live chat, mobile SDKs, voice through Zendesk Talk, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram and more. Runs in Zendesk only.

Pricing: $1.50 per committed automated resolution or $2.00 pay-as-you-go, plus seats from $19 a month billed annually (Zendesk pricing). 4.3 from 7,093 reviews (G2, October 2026).

Where it falls short: at $2.00 a resolution it is the most expensive per-resolution price on the list, which a Black Friday month makes plain: $10,977 at three times normal volume.

Pick it if: your team works in Zendesk and wants the AI from the same vendor.

7. Freshdesk: best for Freshdesk stores

Best for: small and mid-sized stores on Freshdesk that want an AI agent with Shopify actions.

Freshdesk’s AI agent, built in AI Agent Studio, answers from knowledge sources and runs workflows with API actions, including pre-built Shopify, Stripe, PayPal and Wix actions. The email AI agent comes with Freshdesk; the chat AI agent needs Freshdesk Omni.

What the AI does: answers and runs agentic workflows with pre-built Shopify actions, on Growth, Pro and Enterprise.

Channels: email, portal, chat and Facebook, with Instagram and WhatsApp on Freshdesk Omni. Runs in Freshworks’ helpdesk only.

Pricing: $49 per pack of 100 AI sessions, plus seats from $19 a month billed annually (Freshdesk pricing). 4.4 from 3,777 reviews (G2, October 2026).

Where it falls short: every AI session is billed whatever the outcome, including sessions that end in a handover.

Pick it if: you run Freshdesk and want order actions without a second vendor.

8. Kustomer: best for CRM-style support

Best for: retailers that want every order and conversation on one customer timeline, with an AI agent on top.

Kustomer organises support around the customer rather than the ticket, and its e-commerce customers named on its site include Skims, Glossier, HexClad, Everlane and Vuori. Its AI agent, Concierge, answers and calls tools built from OpenAPI specs and an MCP client; in Shopify it looks up orders, and in web chat it can search the catalogue, build a cart and send a checkout link. Kustomer left Meta on 16 May 2023.

What the AI does: answers, looks up Shopify orders and calls API and MCP tools; refunds and cancellations are documented as actions for human reps.

Channels: email, chat, SMS, a knowledge base form, Messenger and WhatsApp for the AI agent. Runs in Kustomer’s own helpdesk.

Pricing: quote only, per seat or per billable conversation, with Concierge as a paid add-on billed per engaged conversation (Kustomer pricing). 4.4 from 566 reviews (G2, October 2026).

Where it falls short: a conversation Concierge hands to a person still counts as engaged and is billed (Kustomer AI pricing), and no seat or AI price is published.

Pick it if: you want a customer-timeline helpdesk for a high-volume brand and buy through sales.

9. Tidio: best for small stores

Best for: small stores that start with a chat widget and want an AI agent on a free or low-cost plan.

Tidio’s Lyro answers from FAQs, the website and imported articles, follows guidance and multi-step procedures, recommends products from Shopify and WooCommerce catalogues on Core and above, and calls external APIs through Actions.

What the AI does: answers, recommends products and calls APIs through Actions (3 on Core, up to 10 on Plus).

Channels: live chat, email tickets, Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp. Runs in Tidio’s own panel; Lyro Connect adds Lyro to another helpdesk on Plus and Premium.

Pricing: a free plan with 50 conversations a month; Lyro AI Agent from $39 a month for 50 Lyro conversations billed monthly (Tidio pricing). 4.6 from 1,962 reviews (G2, October 2026).

Where it falls short: Tidio’s docs list no phone or voice channel, and adding Lyro to an existing helpdesk such as Zendesk needs the Plus plan, sold through sales.

Pick it if: you are a small store that wants to start on chat for free.

10. Klaviyo: best for Klaviyo brands

Best for: brands already on Klaviyo for marketing that want shoppers answered from the same customer profiles.

Klaviyo’s Customer Agent answers from the brand’s website and documents using each shopper’s Klaviyo profile, tracks Shopify orders from the last 90 days, recommends products and retrieves existing coupon codes. For returns, order edits, subscriptions and loyalty it checks eligibility and links the shopper to a self-service portal.

What the AI does: answers, tracks orders and recommends products; custom tools can call any HTTP endpoint.

Channels: email, web chat, SMS and WhatsApp. Runs in Klaviyo only.

Pricing: per resolved conversation, from $50 a month for 75, then $0.70 a conversation up to 5,000 a month (Klaviyo pricing). Customer Agent has no G2 listing of its own; Klaviyo’s 4.6 from 1,366 reviews (G2, October 2026) rates its marketing platform.

Where it falls short: it links shoppers to a portal for returns and order edits rather than making the change, and a shopper who stops replying for 48 hours is billed as a resolution.

Pick it if: your marketing runs on Klaviyo and you want support answers from the same profiles.

11. Ada: best for in-house enterprise teams

Best for: enterprise retailers whose CX team wants to run and change the agent without engineering.

Ada’s Reasoning Engine serves chat, email, voice and social, answers from knowledge in 60 languages and acts through API, code and MCP tools, with handoffs to Zendesk, Salesforce, Gorgias and Freshchat.

What the AI does: answers and acts through Ada Computer tools, with playbooks for multi-step workflows and built-in PII redaction.

Channels: web and in-app chat, email, voice and Instagram. Hands conversations to the helpdesk the team keeps.

Pricing: per conversation for most customers, per resolution for some enterprises, by quote (Ada platform). 4.6 from 174 reviews (G2, October 2026).

Where it falls short: under conversation pricing every conversation is billed, including those handed to a person, and there is no published price.

Pick it if: you are an enterprise retailer buying through sales and want your CX team to own the agent.

12. Decagon: best for enterprise retail

Best for: enterprise retailers that buy through sales and want voice and chat agents built from written procedures.

Decagon’s agents follow Agent Operating Procedures that verify identity, issue refunds and take payments in connected systems. Its customers include 1-800-FLOWERS.COM and Hunter Douglas.

What the AI does: answers and acts through pre-built connectors, APIs and MCP, with no published plan tiers.

Channels: voice, web and mobile chat, SMS, WhatsApp and email through Zendesk and Intercom.

Pricing: per conversation or per resolution, with no published rate (Decagon on pricing). 4.8 from 29 reviews (G2, October 2026).

Where it falls short: no self-serve signup or published price, and no ready-made Shopify actions are listed on its pages.

Pick it if: you are an enterprise retailer with a procurement process and a voice channel.

What to decide first

Actions versus answers

Count how many of last month’s tickets needed something done in Shopify: an order cancelled, an address changed, a refund issued. Shortlist only tools that take those actions on the plan you would buy, and check whether they are ready-made (Gorgias, Richpanel) or built by your team as procedures and connectors (Fin, Ada, Decagon).

Before and after the sale

Decide whether the same agent should answer sizing and stock questions on product pages. Gorgias, Robylon, Tidio and Klaviyo answer before and after the sale; the rest are built mainly for post-purchase support.

Where your team works

Decide whether the people who handle what the AI cannot will stay in their current helpdesk. If they will, choose an agent that runs inside it (Robylon, Yuma, Fin); if you are ready to move, a store-native helpdesk (Gorgias, Richpanel) puts the AI and the order data in one place.

Pricing at your volume

The scenario below is 3,000 chat and email conversations a month, 60% resolved by the AI, 3 human agents and monthly billing, then the same store in a Black Friday month at three times the volume (9,000 conversations, 5,400 resolved). Figures are monthly totals on published prices, using each tool’s cheapest option.

Tool Normal month Black Friday month
Robylon (Business credits, Basic seats) $682.00 $1,807.00
Richpanel (monthly commitment) $1,077.00 $2,517.00
Klaviyo Customer Agent $1,260.00 $3,780.00
Freshdesk (Freddy AI Agent, Omni Growth seats) $1,575.00 $4,515.00
Fin (on another helpdesk) $1,782.00 $5,346.00
Tidio (Lyro AI Agent, Core) $2,104.00 $6,304.00
Gorgias (Pro with AI Agent) $2,520.00 $8,280.00
Zendesk (Suite Team, pay-as-you-go resolutions) $3,777.00 $10,977.00

Yuma, Kustomer, Ada and Decagon sell by contract and are not priced here. Gorgias’s bill grows fastest because each automated interaction is also billed as a helpdesk ticket, and Zendesk’s because pay-as-you-go resolutions cost $2.00 each. Robylon’s cost per resolution falls from $0.35 to $0.32 at the higher volume, because larger credit tiers cost less per credit.

Choosing an e-commerce support tool

Match the kind of tool to where your team works. A Shopify store that wants one vendor starts with Gorgias, or Richpanel at a lower AI cost; a store keeping its helpdesk adds Robylon, Yuma or Fin on top; a store already on Zendesk, Freshdesk or Kustomer uses its own AI; a small or marketing-led store starts with Tidio or Klaviyo; and an enterprise retailer shortlists Ada and Decagon.

Robylon is the pick when order questions arrive on more than chat and email and the agent has to act on them. It takes the action a ticket needs, runs email, chat, voice and WhatsApp from one setup, and fits the helpdesk you already run, with a free Starter plan to try the agent on chat before the peak.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best AI tool for e-commerce customer support?

Gorgias is the best fit for a Shopify store that wants its helpdesk and AI agent from one vendor, at $0.90 to $1.00 per automated interaction. Robylon fits a store that keeps another helpdesk or also needs voice and WhatsApp, with paid plans from $25 a month.

Which AI tools can look up an order and reply with live tracking?

Gorgias, Robylon, Richpanel and Klaviyo all read Shopify order data and reply with the order status and tracking, not a link to a help article. Gorgias and Richpanel also cancel and edit unfulfilled orders, and Robylon cancels orders and creates returns through Shopify tools.

Can I automate where is my order replies without replacing Gorgias or Zendesk?

Robylon answers inside Gorgias and Zendesk tickets on its Business plan, so the team keeps its helpdesk while the agent replies to order-status questions. Fin runs on other helpdesks too, Gorgias among them through sales, at $0.99 per outcome. Zendesk and Gorgias also sell their own AI agents.

How much does it cost to automate WISMO tickets with AI?

Robylon came to $682 a month at 3,000 conversations with 60% resolved and three human seats, Richpanel to $1,077 and Gorgias Pro to $2,520, on published prices. Per resolution that is $0.35, $0.40 and $1.40. Ada and Decagon quote by contract.

Is per-resolution pricing worth it for high-volume WISMO tickets?

Fin's $0.99 per outcome and Zendesk's $1.50 to $2.00 per resolution are easy to forecast, but they grow one for one with order-status volume, which triples in a Black Friday month. Credit and token pricing, used by Robylon and Richpanel, costs less per resolved ticket at that volume.

What is the best AI customer service tool for Black Friday ticket volume?

Gorgias suits a Shopify store already on Gorgias, and Robylon or Richpanel suit a store watching cost, since a Black Friday month at three times normal volume came to $1,807 on Robylon and $2,517 on Richpanel against $8,280 on Gorgias Pro, on published prices.

Can an AI agent process refunds in Shopify?

Gorgias AI Agent cancels an unfulfilled order with a full refund and restock, and removes items with a refund. Richpanel refunds under the merchant's policy, in full, by line or as store credit. Robylon creates and approves returns through Shopify tools set up with write permissions.

Can AI answer where is my order questions on WhatsApp and phone?

Robylon answers order-status questions on WhatsApp and on voice calls from the same agent that answers email and chat, and can message a customer on WhatsApp when an order is cancelled. Gorgias AI Agent on WhatsApp and Richpanel Voice were both in beta in October 2026.

Is it too late to add an AI agent before Black Friday?

Robylon says it goes live in 7 days, Gorgias offers a 30-day free trial and Tidio a free plan, so each can be tested before late November. Start with order tracking alone, the question every order can raise, and test it on a share of chat traffic before the peak.
