To connect Claude to Robylon, add Robylon as a custom connector in Claude using the server URL below, then sign in with your Robylon account. It works on claude.ai and in Claude Desktop, on the Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise plans.

```
You need an Admin or Super-admin role in each Robylon workspace you connect. See [Setup](https://www.robylon.ai/docs/mcp/setup#what-do-i-need-before-i-connect) for the full requirements.
## How do I connect Claude on a Free, Pro or Max plan?
<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Connectors">
    In Claude, go to **Customize → Connectors**.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Add a custom connector">
    Click **+**, then **Add custom connector**. Paste the server URL and click **Add**.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Sign in to Robylon">
    Follow Claude's prompt to connect. Robylon's sign-in page opens: sign in, tick the workspaces to include and click **Connect**.
  </Step>
</Steps>
The Free plan allows one custom connector.
## How do I connect Claude on a Team or Enterprise plan?
An Owner adds Robylon once for the organization, then each person connects with their own Robylon account.
<Steps>
  <Step title="Owner: add the connector">
    Go to **Organization settings → Connectors** and click **Add**. Hover over **Custom**, select **Web**, paste the server URL and click **Add**.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Each person: connect">
    Go to **Customize → Connectors**, find Robylon and click **Connect**.
  </Step>
  <Step title="Each person: sign in to Robylon">
    Sign in, tick the workspaces to include and click **Connect**.
  </Step>
</Steps>
Adding the connector gives nobody access on its own. Each person still signs in, and can only include workspaces where they are an Admin or Super-admin in Robylon.
## How do I use Robylon in a Claude chat?
Turn the connector on for the conversation, then ask your question.
1. Click **+** at the lower left of the chat box and open **Connectors**.
2. Turn on **Robylon**. The setting applies to that conversation.
3. Ask a question, for example "What was our chat CSAT last week, and show me two low-rated conversations."
To switch off individual Robylon tools, use the **Search and tools** menu.
## What if the Claude connection does not work?
* **To change the connector URL,** remove the connector and add it again. Claude does not let you edit a custom connector.
* **If a workspace is missing from answers,** connect again from Claude and tick it. See [Which workspaces does a connection include?](https://www.robylon.ai/docs/mcp/setup#which-workspaces-does-a-connection-include)
* **If Robylon refuses the connection,** the page it shows explains why. See [Why can't I connect?](https://www.robylon.ai/docs/mcp/setup#why-cant-i-connect)
